I offer two convenient shipping methods (All figures are in U.S. dollars. Rates applicable in continental United States only. International purchasers please use special order option below):

• Media Rate ($3 shipping and handling for first book, $2 for each additional book, about seven business days delivery time.)
• First class ($5 shipping and handling for first book, $3 for each additional book, about three business days delivery time.)

Purchase by mail
Simply complete my purchase by mail form, submit it, print it out for your records, and then mail it to me along with your check or money order.

Special orders
Use my special orders form to inquire about possible discounts for high quantity purchases (5 or more books) for your practice, group, organization, class, as gifts, etc., and for international orders.
