My online payments are handled by PayPal, the Internet's leading provider of secure online payments. Whether or not you have a PayPal account, you can use this process without registering to become a PayPal user. You simply need to provide credit card and billing information when prompted as you would with any online shopping experience.

$4 shipping and handling for first book, $3 for each additional book, about seven business days delivery time.
- FIRST CLASS (USA Addresses)
$5 shipping and
handling for first book, $4 for each additional book, about three business days delivery time.
- FIRST CLASS (Canada Addresses)
$8 shipping
and handling for first book, $7 for each additional book, about seven business days delivery time.
- FIRST CLASS (All Other International)
$11 shipping and
handling for first book, $10 for each additional book, about seven business days delivery time.
